The entire process from scheduling to execution was perfectly done. Booking my appointment online took all of 15 mins and it was nice that they offered discounts during the booking period. I didn't have to wait until the service person arrived to have that discussion. I was called prior to our appointment and told when he would arrive. Juan was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about his task. We have one particular room that needed special attention and Juan got down on his hands and knees to assess the carpet. In our nearly 12 years of being in this house and countless cleaning, no one has gone to that level of detail to assess the carpet. He was honest with his opinion and gave us lots of alternatives. We have 7 rooms to clean and a set of stairs. It took Juan about 3 hours total and the house smelled great. I've used all sorts of companies for carpet cleaning, but Zerorez will be getting my business and recommendations again. Kudos to Juan and his knowing his industry.

Jerod. I apologize if that’s incorrect. He was great. I have kids and dogs, and one kid likes to follow workers at the house. He got lipgloss out of my littles closet, and fixed and extra spot in my bedroom to match the hallway. He was professional and nice and did a great job.

Scott was very personable and professional. Carpets look great with the exception of a few spots, though greatly improved, are still faintly visible. Scott explained ahead of time those areas would be difficult but he would do all he could to get them clean. Overall we are very pleased with the results!

Scott is a real pro, and has done a fine job every time he has been here, which I why I always request him. He invariably tells me something I don't know about my carpets and rugs. This time he said a stain I could not get rid of was actually water wicking into the carpet from a drain on the other side of the wall. Good to know this so I can have it fixed. I never would have figured that out myself.
