We had the carpet in our Fifth wheel RV cleaned and it looks so much better. We had a stain on the bedroom carpet but it came out completely. Great job and Pete was great. My carpets were cleaned and protected in a very short time. We were charged exactly what we agreed on and there was not long sales pitch to sell me more. Thanks for a job very well done. Zerorez offered a 3 room special which allowed me to sample their service for the first time at a reasonable cost. That and no residual chemicals is what motivated me to order service from them.
I have always cleaned my carpets myself with a Rug Doctor. I liked how Scott really dug into the carpet and forcefully grinded to break up dirt and the carpet fibers. I was also very happy with the level 1 bacterial treatment. Scott was a nice man and did a great job.

Am waiting to see if the lack of residue does indeed keep dirt from showing as soon as it does with other methods. Rep was well mannered, pleasant and mostly efficient. What l did not like was the fact the adjacent hardwood floors were left wet and left for me to wipe up (you didn't ask this. )

I was called and reminded about the appointment. Your employee came in and looked over the order I placed. I added a few other services and he was able to tell me immediately what the cost would be. He finish the job in the time he said and our carpets look great. Our chair he cleaned looks brand new.
