I have had ZeroRez clean my carpets three times and they have consistently did an excellent job. Zach was here last week to remove some pretty bad stains from the carpet in my bedroom, and the stain was completely lifted! They are a small family owned company which I tend prefer over chains. They have excellent customer service which means a lot to me. Zach was professional and very knowledgeable, and I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me.
I am so happy with my service from Zero Rez. I am very sensitive to artificial fragrances and harsh cleaners and generally try to avoid them for my family's health. Zero Rez provides a much needed service for those of us in that category. We had them out to clean our five year old couch last week. It is a lighter fabric color and was looking rough. The couch is refreshed and looks and feels so much cleaner, with no lasting scent. The technician did an excellent and thorough job. Highly recommend Zero Rez Omaha!

I was really impressed with the 4-step process. Our carpet was not terribly dirty but was very matted down in high traffic areas. This process eliminated those matted areas and restored the carpet back to 99% of its original. Also, Scott's professionalism was second to none. He took the time to review all areas to be cleaned, explained the process, and offered potential addons without any high-pressure salesmanship. He was polite and courteous throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Scott for future work.
