I am very happy with this company. My light colored carpet looks so clean & beautiful again! From start to finish, this has been such a good experience. The employee named Mason was such a pleasant and capable person. He called before arriving, arrived on time, explained the whole process & did such a thorough and professional cleaning. He even went above and beyond to completely remove some stains that I was sure was permanent and would never come out. I would definitely use Zerorez again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.
Zerorez was prompt, courteous and professional. Cleaned 3 bedroom carpets and a set of stairs with a landing in less than 2 hours. We will use them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.
