Zerorez is very thorough and very customer friendly - I only wish they would have placed the little foam squares under the couch, loveseat and recliner legs to keep the metal off the floor until the carpet was dry - I hope this will not cause rust and if so do you have something to remove the rust stains? This is the first time they have not done this. Is there a reason?

She took the time to inspect my carpet in detail, including smelling it. She did all this while maintaining her professionalism. My carpet looks better than expected and will absolutely be a repeat customer.

We had our carpets cleaned when we moved into our house last year (by another company) and after a year of living in our house with 2 young boys and 2 dogs we had zerorez out to reclean them. I was actually so close to getting new carpets but zerorez has almost made them look new again! When we had them cleaned a year ago, they didn't look as close to as good as zerorez has made them look. I would highly recommend
