I'm horrible with names, but the lady that came out was wonderful!! I'm very happy with the job she did and how the carpet came back to life!! The thing I am not thrilled about is the smell. I kept hearing on the radio how it brings a fresh clean smell to the house. In all honesty, I think my house and furniture has a musty smell that wasn't there before. I'm not sure how to get rid of that smell either. I have tried Lysol and been burning wax cubes and still smells musty. Sitting on the couch when you move, you get a strong whiff of it also. L

We both missed a spit thst didn't get taken care of but she came back immediately and took care of it. Old dirty carpet made to look so much better.
