I was very impressed with how good my carpets looked. I also liked the fact that they were not sticky with residue afterwards. I was however very upset with the fact that they needed to use my restroom & were in there for a lengthy amount of time. There is a Caseys less than 3 minutes from my house & I feel that they should have just gone there.

Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpets came out very clean, which surprised me since we have white carpet, a dog and a toddler! I'm glad we could get it that clean without using carpet detergent.

Ben was very knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process and even provided great recommendations about the carpet replacement process. Ben called 30 minutes before he was suppose to show up and also arrived 5 minutes early. I felt comfortable with him in our home and we were confident he would complete the job well.
