I called on Monday about getting my carpet cleaned. They were out 4 days later and did a great job. Eddie was my technician. He called to let me know what time he would be here, was extremely prompt, very efficient and very friendly to work with. He explained the process and I would recommend him to any of my friends. He did a great job and I am very pleased.
