Chris was very professional and service oriented. He called in advance and provided stellar service. He suggested additional products and explained why the preventative addition would be cost-effective in the long run. I would highly recommend Chris and Zerorez. I will be scheduling again to have Chris come out and clean our office building carpets. Thank you Zerorez for having a team member who truly cares about your customers; Chris certainly exhibited this during our service call.
