No residue so carpets stay cleaner, longer. Do wish they were softer after cleaning and some areas took much longer to dry than 12 - 18 hours. Hopefully they will continue to look great.
The carpets dried pretty quickly - I didn’t use the fast dry option. There was a pleasant clean smell not too overwhelming nor was the carpet sticky afterwards. We added the level one on to our basement carpet as our pets had accidents and as the carpet dried and after it was dry there was no funky smell. The carpet felt new again it was nice and fluffy to walk across.
The service men are polite and business -like. They explain what they are going to do and how they will remove any spots. The carpet looks and smells great,
Miguel came early, was pleasant as a rep and as a person. He was friendly, did not hesitate to answer any and all questions, worked efficiently and let us know everything we needed to know about what to expect from the cleaning. My wife and I had all the furniture out of the living room, hallway and stairs, so the entire process was fast. It was amazing how clean the carpets were the next day. I even had a stain I had tried to get out several times before, but Zerorez had no issues removing it. Even a high traffic area, which showed definite signs of possibly being an issue, came clean and was not noticeable the next day. I am sooooo happy we went with Zerorez and not another company. Thank you Zerorez and my wife and I give Miguel a 10+ on his score. Give the guy a raise. Miguel good luck with the summer fishing!
I like the fact that my carpet is clean and fresh after a cleaning and there is no “crunchy” feel when it dries. Additionally, the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient!
