Onsite reps were professional and courteous. Price was good. Disappointed more effort wasn't made to put styrofoam under the 2 bedroom pieces In bedroom #1 and the office desk in bedroom #2 and clean closer or under each as far as could reach. Plus disappointed there wasn't a pleasant clean smell left behind as stated per advertisements. Gave me the feeling just water was used. I was glad carpet dried faster than discussed.

Ben was amazing! He explained everything in detail. He offered me some options. He went above and beyond as far as the air duct cleaning. He was very personable. I felt like we had known each other before.
