The technician that came out did a great job and was very friendly. He was also very willing to answer any questions I had and I had several. Anytime I have felt with technicians from other companies they seem very irritated when they are asked too many questions.

The service guy was great at communicating that he had a cancellation and was able to push my appointment up by 3 hours. He did excellent with the bigger spots I was worried about getting cleaned. The carpet looks amazing and received multiple comments how great it looked when the house went on the market. Thank you SO very much!!!! Definitely recommend your company in the future!

The service technician provided by Zerorez did a wonderful job. He was polite, on-time and provided detailed answers to all of my questions.
My only complaint is that the cost of the service was $100.00 more than what was quoted online. I was aware of the additional charge for the hallway but I was charged extra for a living room that was considered "not standard". I could not find anything online that defined a standard living room size unless I missed it.
Overall though, I was pleased with the service provided and I would likely recommend Zerorez to other folks.
