The only difficulty was apparently he was unable to notify me he was going to be later than the scheduled 12 to 3 pm time slot due to not having access to that time information when he discovered the previous job was more complicated and would take longer. Due to a constant busy signal at the Contact Us phone number, I was unable to contact Zerorez when I called at 3:30 to see if anyone was coming or not. I didn't appreciate that waste my time.

I love Zerorez! They hire only the most friendly and knowledgable personnel. They are very helpful when an emergency arises. I have recommended this company to several people and they have all used Zerorez and love them as I do. If you want your carpets clean and looking great you need to try them. Eddie was a delight to work with. I will definitely have them back over and over, when needed! Love the NO chemicals and all green products.
