We haven’t had our carpet for that long and people rarely wear their shoes in our house. It didn’t look dirty or really worn at all. Except the wine stain. I was able to visually tell it was clean the moment I saw it. And the wine stain was completely gone!! On top of that the whole house smell fresh!

The gentleman who came to my home was very pleasant and friendly. The work completed was outstanding. Two other carpet cleaning agencies have visited our home and have cleaned the exact same spot but could not remove the stain. Your services got that stain out this time, which was completely unexpected. In all fairness, I was a little disappointed at how long it took for the carpets to dry. It took more than 24 hours. Otherwise, excellent work and I will be a repeat customer
