The Technician was quick & efficient, and he was helpful with moving some furniture around to facilitate getting nearly all surface area cleaned. Everything smelled clean and fresh, and looked great too. The dry time was really good as well. My only concern is that the price seems to climb quickly when you have pets. I get that there is additional application, but the cost of the pet treatment was nearly as much as the 3 rooms, I would recommend your service to others, but probably not to a pet owner.

I am pleased with how well our carpet cleaning turned out. I do have a suggestion however. When you bring in the hoses please be sure they do not have dirt or mud on them. It is winter and we have had snow so it can happen. I was able to remove the soil brought in on the cream colored carpet. Thank you.

The young man was friendly and efficient. He asked us ahead of time if there were places which needed attention and he asked us afterward if there were places which we felt still needed to be addressed. There weren't. We liked the fact that we didn't have to vacuum
afterward. We were pleased and would use this service again.
