We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. The 2 men who worked on them were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our dryer vent was plugged and we were not even aware of it. What I liked about Zerorez was their ability to come out within a week of my call. The associate was very professional and he thoroughly checked all the carpets for stains. He explained the treatment recommendations before using them. The final result met my expectations.
