Our technician was great! She fully explained everything and was thorough and quick and very careful about bringing the hose in, etc. although she wasn’t able to get one spot removed, she was very honest about that in the beginning and I appreciated that very much.
Scott did the best he could to take care of my concerns. He is very professional and friendly. I would definitely request him the next time I have my carpets cleaned. Technician that originally cleaned my carpets flew through the house witinh 50 minutes. Didn't take extra time on trouble spots.

Personnel was courteous, friendly and prompt. Pete called ahead and arrived when he said. He reviewed the spaces to be cleaned and provided the cost. He then got to work and finished quickly -- about an hour for two large rooms, one bedroom, stairs and 2 hallways. Quality of work was in line with the price, so great value. Would definitely use again.
We have been extremely satisfied with the services that Scott provides. He has great customer service skills. He takes his time to talk with us prior to starting a job and then does an excellent job performing the services.
I thought they did quality work. I was disappointed however that additional cleanup was not done. For example, when cleaning the ducts and removing the grates, some material would fall. It would have been nice if they could have vacuumed the area afterwards.

I was away while the technician cleaned 2 large pieces of furniture, three short carpeted stairways, living room & hallway carpet and the family room and laundry room carpets. He called when finished -I was amazed that he was done so quickly. The first thing I noticed was the wonderful clean smell of the house! And the carpets- they hadn’t been cleaned since they were installed - the spots were gone, traffic patterns not noticeable as the nap of all carpets was back to “ near new”. The cost was explained prior to service and was very reasonable for the job done. Love the carpets again! I think we’ll have this service done more often to keep that “good as new” look. Your very personable service representative (Austin) was exceptional and stopped his work whenever I had a question or comment. His work was thorough and he explained that some "problem areas" could not be cleaned (suspicions confirmed) despite some extra effort.
