The carpet was visibly different than other times the carpets have been cleaned. Smell didnt return as the carpets were drying, nor did they go back to smelling once they were dry. At first I was frustrated with a 3 hr appointment window, but the fact the tech will call you with plenty of advanced notice when they're on their way was helpful and worked out fine. I love that you can reserve appts on the website, sometimes you dont think to make an appt until after hours and if you have to wait until some places open up you forget to call again.

The service tech was very effective while using a defective damaged system. It took him longer but once your repair guy got here and fixed the system it was fast. It appears you need to invest your companies money in equipment. The technician was great and knowledgeable. He was also friendly which is why the 10 this could have easily been a 5

I have used your services before however this time the house seems colder as there are opening in some areas that allow cold air to enter the house. I have called to talk to the tech but have not heard from him back. I do hope he will call me first thing on Monday.
