Company technician was courteous, sensitive to my concerns, and extremely conscientious and deliberate in cleaning the entire carpet. Would recommend Scott to others in a heartbeat. Over the years we have had mixed results and some outright disappointing. This is the best outcome we have had to this date with carpet cleaning.

Our technician, Scott, did an amazing job working on our wool rug in order to erase the evidence of a very sick goldendoodle. He was direct and honest with regard to the pricing and results we could expect (i.e. due to the extent and severity of the troublesome area, it may not totally remove the odor). At the end of his initial evaluation, he offered me the choice whether to proceed with the cleaning or take the carpet back to the manufacture to get a more extensive cleaning. We elected to go ahead with the in-home treatment, and are pleased with the results. I was truly impressed that Scott took the necessary time (1 1/2 hours, approximately) to ensure that our cleaning was done right the first time. He even took the extra time to clean the back of the rug’s affected area and took steps to protect our hard wood floors from any water. His dedication and thoughtfulness were a breath of fresh air, as we haven’t had that type of experience with other companies. Thank you so much for helping us restore a beloved part of our home decor!
