It was easy to get an appointment scheduled. The tech called prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional on both the phone and in person. I showed him what I needed done and wanted done, and he offered his best recommendation to achieve that.

Had my carpet done and was amazed at how fast the process went. They told me it would take 12-24 hours to dry but within 8-10 there was only a few spots still damp. My carpet smells new and refreshing and all traffic darkness is gone! Highly recommend!
