It's nice that I personally know all the mechanics the that are on board and to ridden with some of them through store sponsored rides. Whenever I come in, the staff takes my concerns and puts them at the top of their list.

I received my usual prompt, friendly and competent service. I'm an eighty-year-old Free Wheel Fanatic and Free Wheel keeps me rolling.

I like having a bike expert that I can bring my bike to and get some repairs or advice on. While Amazon might have better prices, he can't do that with them.

They are always very friendly and helpful when I have questions about certain bikes and parts.

Great service from very knowledgable, kind, and friendly store reps. Noah helped me out by showing me an Air Rush mini pump. Noah explained the benefits and the downsides of the pump, and how to use it.

Aaron and Noah were very helpful in getting my older bike set up with a new trainer. After taking it home and noticing a slight wobble due to the spacers needed to fit the bike, they were happy to have me bring it back in and adjust it to ensure everything was working properly.
