The team consisting of Aaron, the store manager and both Noah and Patrick; ace bike mechanics have been of immeasurable help in keeping all our family bicycles running smoothly and giving expert advice on parts and upgrades and assorted bicycle accessories. Aaron Ehlers of Freewheel St. Paul was extremely helpful arranging pickup for an order I made online, and was a pleasure to work with in general.
It's nice that I personally know all the mechanics the that are on board and to ridden with some of them through store sponsored rides. Whenever I come in, the staff takes my concerns and puts them at the top of their list.
I received my usual prompt, friendly and competent service. I'm an eighty-year-old Free Wheel Fanatic and Free Wheel keeps me rolling.
I like having a bike expert that I can bring my bike to and get some repairs or advice on. While Amazon might have better prices, he can't do that with them.
They are always very friendly and helpful when I have questions about certain bikes and parts.

Great service from very knowledgable, kind, and friendly store reps. Noah helped me out by showing me an Air Rush mini pump. Noah explained the benefits and the downsides of the pump, and how to use it.
