Great customer service! I called Freewheel recently to schedule work done on my bike and was able to bring my bike in same day (an hour or so after I called) to have the work completed. I used to go to the Freewheel on West bank in Mpls, but it closed a couple of years ago. All of my bicycle repairs for my bike have been handled wonderfully and quickly by service team. I will recommend Freewheel on Grand Ave. in St. Paul to friends and family.

I have purchased new bicycles and have relied extensively on their repair services mainly from the St. Paul Grand Ave store for repair, service and bike upgrades and accessory work.
The team consisting of Aaron, the store manager and both Noah and Patrick; ace bike mechanics have been of immeasurable help in keeping all our family bicycles running smoothly and giving expert advice on parts and upgrades and assorted bicycle accessories. We are privileged to have such an excellent bicycle store right in our neighborhood - I highly recommend both their Trek bicycles and repair services.
