The store is clean, inviting, and well stocked. Ernest gave me lots of advice, attention, and personal service as I was buying my new Trek. I was invited to take test rides on a couple of bikes I was considering. Ernest adjust the derailleurs on the spot when I noted that one bike was not shifting perfectly. He stayed late to make sure I could buy all the accessories I would need, and stayed even beyond that to install some of the accessories for me.
