Was really a very easy and stress free experience buying a bike. I called ahead to ensure they had the bike we wanted to see. When we get there, they had it readily available and let us test the bike out. They also provided a quick tutorial on how certain things work on the bike to ensure we weren't going to have any problems when we got home. Very welcoming!

I was able to order (over the phone) a set of Bontrager tires that are now discontinued. Ernest helped me out and was very nice to work with. Shipping was fast and I was emailed a copy of the sales receipt in quick fashion too. Nice folks to do business with.

I was heading out on a bike ride and discovered my bike needed immediate repairs and was not rideable until it was fixed. I took it to Martin’s shop and they were able to immediately replace the bent part and got me on my way to a nice ride.
