Bike mechanic explained problem with brakes and options for repair. New disc brakes were installed in one day - repair cost was as mechanic had estimated. Rode bike home from his shop with brakes working like new.

What do you like about our products and services?

What I liked the most was the wonderful staff, who took time to listen to me and help me with everything I needed to get my bike back on the road. They fixed my flat tire, helped me pick out a new rear light, discussed changing my kickstand and scheduled my bike for a tune up. I am going on an 8 day bike trip on the Hudson River Trail in a few weeks and want to make sure my bike is in great condition. Thanks Martin's

The person who helped me was very patient and gave fantastic advice. He suggest I get a longer handlebar stem and my bike is VERY comfortable while riding, so that was really the right thing to do!
