Ernest was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was patient and answered all our questions. He let us ride the bikes to see what they were like which was a big help. He even installed the new bike rack on my truck and loaded the bikes on it while explaining how all the features of the rack worked. You couldn't ask for better service.

I didn’t catch the workers name but he was EXCELLENT! He spent a full hour with us letting us test drive the bikes and answering all of our questions. What I liked the most was the wonderful staff, who took time to listen to me and help me with everything I needed to get my bike back on the road. They fixed my flat tire, helped me pick out a new rear light, discussed changing my kickstand and scheduled my bike for a tune up. I am going on an 8 day bike trip on the Hudson River Trail in a few weeks and want to make sure my bike is in great condition. Thanks Martin's
