Our family has brought all our biking needs to Martins. As an example, I brought a e-bike for assembly to Martin's. They did a great job and I couldn't be happier.
Ernest is great: Answered so many questions. I feel so good about my bike purchase with him that the price was secondary. He even installed my computer and bottle holder for me before we left. Not to mention adjusting thr seat and handle as for me. Awesome experience!

An absolutely awesome shop! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ordered my bike amidst the bike shortage about four months ago and they were great at keeping me updated with the status at least monthly. Yesterday it came in and the team was on point with setup and any questions I had. Really, they were above and beyond.
I found Martin’s after a couple of bad experiences with my local bike shop, and even though it’s 30 minutes further, I’ll be doing all of my bike business here moving forward. Highly recommend this shop!

I am very happy with the repair of my bicycle. I was provided with a quote and a day the bike was going to be ready. Not only was the bike ready that day but the price was the same as the quote. My bike rides like it is brand new. Great job!

Great service every time! I was in yesterday and after discussing elected not to invest further in my old mountain bike. We discussed new hybrids and leaned toward the Dual Sport 4 but unfortunately non available at Martins now or in near future. Using the information I acquired from Martins I did find one at Bert's in Rochester and purchased. I will be bringing it to Martin's for all my service needs along with bringing my road bike there as well. Thanks!
