Pleasant, efficient. We ordered and paid on website, drove some distance to pick up bicycle and everything was ready early. I had a few questions before purchase and emailed store. Despite holiday weekend, all questions were answered promptly and to full satisfaction. Can't ask for more.
Ernest was great to work with. The bike I wanted was sold out across the country. I gave Ernest a deposit for the bike over the phone. He gave me monthly email updates and even called me once when the bike company extended the date to see if I wanted my deposit back. The bike came in 2 months earlier than projected date but still took over 6 months, but that wasn't the shops fault. The bike was assembled, and functioned properly when brought home and tested at the pump track.
