Ernest continues to offer excellent and quick service for the annual maintenance of my Trek e-bike. Every year I bring it in for a tune-up and he always returns the bike to me as if it is essentially brand new, yet I purchased the bike in 2018.
Service is top notch, prices are fair.
I was having issues with my bike, so I took it to my local shop simply because of proximity. Explained symptoms and what I’ve done, they pretty much gave me a shrug and a “idk”. I felt dismissed and like I was wasting their time. Took it to Martin’s, gave them the same spiel, and Ernest was like “do you have 30 minutes and I’ll get it done?” Less than 30 minutes later, work is complete and bike is back to running beautifully, and for a very reasonable price.
Ernest was extremely helpful from the moment I reached out about a particular bike. Then, when my wife and I visited the store, he took the time to familiarize us with the many options between bikes and brands and allowed us to test ride multiple bikes. We ultimately purchased two bikes from Martin's and couldn't be happier about the experience. We definitely recommend this store to anyone in or near the area of Dundee. We hope to visit the store again soon! Thanks!

I like the fact that you took the time to actually help me make a choice of a bike. I am new to cycling and sometimes it can be intimidating walking into a store when you feel like you know nothing. I explained what my cycling goals were and the staff at Martin's did an awesome job matching me with a bike to meet those goals.
