We had our offices in Pendleton and Hermiston, Oregon done last Saturday. Chesley was an absolute jewel to work with in getting everything set up. And I'm sorry that I don't remember the names of those who called to follow up etc and all those I spoke with over the phone, yet I will say service is way above board. And thank you to Ace who came to do our carpets. He was AWESOME!!! GREAT JOB ACE!!! I'm more than happy with a job very well done!!

The technician that came...Matt, took the time to explain exactly what he was doing in regards to cleaning the carpet. He explained the differences in types of carpet.

A dog urine spot (no stain) from several months ago was treated in my closet. I asked if all the liquid would damage my wood shelving and was told absolutely not. The wood has swollen and cracked. My house is less than two years old and I loved my big closet. He poured so much liquid that my closet started to smell sour. He used some flat panel suction but was not enough. Very expensive treatment to ruin my closet.

How fast and efficient the technician was. The carpet looks and feels amazing.

My floor still looks dirty. It wasnt even stains, just normal wear from use.

Zerorez got us scheduled quickly and arrived on time. The technicians worked hard and spent a lot of time here doing the job right. We had some pet urine spots we needed to treat and one tech actually got down and sniffed the carpet himself to make sure he got the right spot. That’s commitment! I was thinking we might have to pull out the carpet and put in hardwood floors. I’m so glad they saved my carpet.

You were going to charge me 65 for the stairs but I couldn’t do it at that time so by you coming out the second time it was 119 .... not happy

One room for $300 was a little too much

Punctual.

There were lines left from vaccuum , meaning if went over a little while doing it, would've cleaned more and not left lines between strokes, almost like the stains spread to bigger area, and didn't get picked up. The hose that ran from truck to house, turned yellow in perfect line from solution. So burned the grass, could've spent more time, and did better job for the money spent.

For the most part, the cleaning of the carpet was good. However, the cleaning solution that was left on the hardwood floor in the entry really destroyed the finish on the hardwood.

Amazing job! Made my carpet look like new! Going to have them back to clean the rest of the house!
