Great customer service, on time and friendly.
Technician Matthew was fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable and dog-friendly. Our carpet was a wreck so he offered to clean an area free of charge to be sure he could clean it to our satisfaction. We are satisfied & will definitely call Zerorez & ask for Matthew next time and recommend Zerorez to friends!
I liked that the technician explained what he was doing and what exactly he was applying on the carpet.
I like that the carpets do not feel “crunchy” because no harsh chemicals/ detergents were used.

Love Zerorez! They did a great job with our carpets. Wish Zerorez could have been in all the different cities we’ve lived in. Everyone in our family has allergies, even to cleaning products, and to be able to be in a room and not sneeze because of allergens is a peaceful thing. Thank You Zerorez!

I told the person making the appointment the size of the rooms and walkin cloests and the bid over the phone was about $330 when they showed up and looked at the place in went up to 457 that's a very large increase over the estimate almost 45% that's not okay I feel like I got ba it and switched I took a day off you know I'm not that to take another one just to get this done so you overcharge when you get there or bid low and then raise the price when you show up I will never use zerorez again

Armando was excellent and I feel like he did a great job. This review is no reflection on him, he did his job very well. I would recommend him for sure. I was disappointed in the cost and the outcome. I was quoted $250 and had explained over the phone that the white carpet stains were due to animal "accidents". When Armando got here he explained that he would have to use a special treatment that was $65 per gallon and we would require about 7 gallons (there were about 7 spots). So the price for one carpeted room, one couch, and one grout cleaning came to $748. That is VERY expensive especially compared to the quote which I understood was not a solid, final number. I could have replaced the carpet for that price though. Plus, as Armando explained, the carpet fibers had been burned so the urine stains didn't come all the way out. I was disappointed.

I am very pleased with the amazing customer service Zerorez gave. We had an issue due to older carpet that had not professionally cleaned for several years. when I called about my problem they immediately set up a re-clean appointment and took care of the problem. Nathan was wonderful to work with, even though he had to do some areas over. Everyone I had any interaction with at Zerorez was as nice as you could possibly ask for. Thanks to all of you.
