I was very impressed with the professionalism of Nathan and his excellent customer service. He didn't even step into my house without putting on the protective booties! My carpet looked amazing when he was finished. Unfortunately, we had a wicking issue and I had to call to get it taken care of. I spoke with Emily and she was quick to offer a return visit to deal with the problem. My rug hadn't been professionally cleaned for quite sometime and did present some challenges and I was extremely pleased with the resolution offered. Thank you all for the amazing customer service.

I loved how clean and fresh smelling our house was after our carpet cleaning service. The carpets were soft and fluffy again. We will absolutely use Zerorez again!

Love that no chemicals or soaps are used. My carpets seem to stay cleaner longer. They also don't keep you waiting for a long block of time. They keep you informed the day of the appointment of the approximate time they will arrive. The tech was friendly and professional.

Very friendly and arrived on time etc. Was happy in that regard, however, the whole reason I had them come out was because we got a kitten that had sprayed under a couple of windows and the scent is still there. I do not think that the cleaning did a good enough job to take care of that issue. So I am disappointed and would likely not refer a friend for a similar issue.
Cleans even the most messed up carpets to look brand new.
