I had stripes all over my couch. It was great that he came back out and did it again, but there are still some stripes and lots or darker areas that he said were wear, which I believe, but I wish I would not have had it done, as our couches look worse to me now than they did before.
The technician was friendly, just wish they looked nicer. Not what I was expecting.

The cleaned carpets look good and I hope the stain protection for which we paid extra really does a good job. It should hep with cleaning up the mess when our cats occasionally throw up after eating grass Fromm our yard. I have not researched the air duct cleaning enough but it is obvious that the Zerorez process can only clean the ducts as far as the hose can reach. That leaves a fair amount of ductwork that don’t get cleaned. Perhaps the other method using the huge vacuum trucks works better. I do not know the answer. Ace did a good job on the carpets and was very personable and professional in his work and while explaining the cleaning process and the various options to me. You are lucky to have a good employee like Ace.

Very friendly staff, called when they said they were going to call, technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job.don't waste your time calling anyone else, I would recommend this company to everyone

Technician was great, very polite. He did amazing on one stain. The other he was able to lighten up, was hoping for a little better result. It is though in a high traffic area, so not sure if there was more he could have done.

Please contact me to schedule another appointment. The floor really has not improved since the last treatment.

I am only giving a 1 star because I can not choose a 0. � We had Zerorez come clean our carpets because we were getting ready for and open house to sell. The tech was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. We have 1400ish sq and most of that is carpet. The tech was only here for an hour and a half at the most the first time. We paid for the pet treatment as there were a few accidents that needed to be taken care of. I came home about 30 mintues after he was done and my floors looked awful. As if they had barely been touched and not one of the pet stains came out or were even lessened by the treatment. I called and they had the same tech come back out the next morning to reclean. Same results and I now was a full day behind on staging the house. I called heavenly best carpet cleaner and the guy came within the hour thankfully. He took a white towel and rubbed it on the "clean" carpet and it was filthy. He cleaned the floors for me and man what a difference. I am extremely disappointed in the sevice of zerorez and I will never recommend them to anyone I know as it is a huge waste of time and money. No refunds because they know their service doesn't work well. 30 day guarantee does no good, who wants to have to have their carpets cleaned repeatly ober 30 days!
Making it right would be giving me a refund.

I had your tech (who was very nice) out two days in a row and my carpets looked like i shampooed them. Brown walking path and NONE of the stains that I paid $40 buck per room for came out in the slightest. I had to call another service to fix the job and pay more money. Horrible product I would never recommend to anyone. I will make sure to go out of my way to discourage others from wasting their hard earned money on this service also.

I love how the carpets feel when they dry? No sticky feeling, they feel crisp and springy.

Customer service was very good. Technician was going to be late, but I was contacted several times to update me. Carpets look like new!

I thought Matthew explained everything thoroughly beforehand. He did a very good job of cleaning my carpets. I would like to have him again the next time I have my carpets cleaned.

Tile grout not as clean as I expected. This was my first time having the tile service done. The carpets were great as always. I'd recommend for carpet but not for tile.

Carpet still looks dirty. One corner looks like it was totally missed. Continental did a much better cleaning

Very disappointed with this company. Carpet looks the same. Cleaners came at 11:05am and left at 12:30pm. Carpet looks like nothing was done do it. Will not be using this company again and I will warn others about the poor quality work. Shame on those radio stations advertising company as the best way to clean carpets. Was a total rip off.
