Polite and professional service!
They came called us to verify appointment and kept us updated as to when carpet cleaner would arrive. He went over order then measured scatter rugs and gave us exact charge. Cleaning was through and turned out very nice. Dried over night.
Your employees are friendly and professional, they came in, did their job. Asked if there were any concerns or questions, which I appreciated.

The Zero Rez Technician did a great job in cleaning my tiles. I will refer them to anyone. Their customer service are courteous and efficient.
Lack of detergents and additives is my favorite part of Zerorez.

This was the worst cleaning I have ever had. I took a picture of the carpet prior to your cleaning that showed spots and dirt. The picture after your cleaning showed the spot was spread, but not removed. My friend came over with his Bissel home unit and removed the spot and the water in the return tank was full of dirt, not just color but grit. The biggest waste of $257.00 in a long time. I am telling my friends and showing them the pictures.
When I called your office to complain, your receptionist said you can reschedule to come out and clean the spot. Did she not understand, we removed the spot, when you couldn't. She then suggested I give you a call when I need another cleaning. Really! I wouldn't allow you to step foot in my home again.

Service was amazing and our carpets have never looked better.
Too much damage to floor molding and many dirt spots are coming back after 1 week and getting worse. For a $270 price i wouldnt recommend this service to others. Frankly i am very dissapointed. Idk how you could make it right. Clearly your equipment or techs just are not up to the task.
I specifically asked and paid for spot treatment and one spot doesn't even look like it was touched. This is the second time I've had Zerorez do my carpets but not sure I'll have you do it again.

The rep that did the job was very kind but I was never given any expectations, starting from when I called to make the appointment. I didn't know how the process worked or time that would be spent. Was caught off guard that my front door had to be left open the entire time the ducts were being cleaned, which I understand needs to be done but I should have been prepared for that. There were also little bits of material on the carpet under each air vent that was cleaned that I had to vacuum up once the rep left.
This company (and their employees) go above and beyond to make sure the service they are providing is satisfactory! The service is exceptional! I highly recommend Zerorez and their technicians - thank you Zerorez!

I love the Zerorez is a green cleaning company. The less chemicals in your life the better!! Michael & Francisco did a fabulous job cleaning our tile floors. Very informative and professional. And the tile looks great!!
