You give too wide of a window for arrival times. Then you have to change them . I ealize now, to plan to request the 1st appt so I know exactly when it will be done.

Ace was the best carpet cleaner I have had to date. He took extra time to make sure our (older) carpets were as clean as they could get. Was completely professional in appearance and work ethic!
