Both Ace and Daniel did a great job and were diligent about making sure I understood the ZeroRez philosophy and knew all about products I could add on or purchase that would benefit the care and maintenance of our carpets. They seem to make a great team.
The young man that was here and did a wonderful job
Ace was a very professional technician and mentor to a trainee who was with him. Ace, acting as a consultant, took time to offer additional services such as cleaning our leather recliners and carpet protection. We accepted both of those suggestions, which were logical and reasonable. He increased the company's revenue from this job ($176 to $406).
Both men were very careful as they did their work throughout our house, including putting on and removing shoe protectors each time they went in and out of the house.
This was our first time with Zerorez and we were very pleased with the work.

The gentleman that came to our residence was very proper and well mannered, he took the time to help my mother move furniture and what ever else needed to help him do his job. At this time we would like to know the name of this gentleman, he gave my mother great information and solution on to help keep our household clean and stain free. I personally appreciate all that he did, I work in the hospitality industry and the service that was received was top notch thank you and him for all that was done. Please give use the name of the individual that service our home, there is something we would like to do him, because of the service he gave our family. Thank you again for all that was done!!!
Stains all over the carpet. Food, drink, dirt all removed but a lite red stain from fruit juice. I understand why my family uses your services. IThf carpet looks amazing. Thank you!!!!❤️

Great service and completed quickly. Carpets feel so soft and clean. Even though my carpet was only 7 months old, I have dogs and the wind blows so much dirt around here, they felt dirty. Not anymore. They feel great again. Mathew did a great job of explaining everything. I will be calling again!!

Unfortunatally, my stairs which I think were really most important to have cleaned, have started to wick up. The cleaner told me that might happen since the rug is older, however, I really wish it had not happened within 24 hours. I hope that they can return and refresh the stairs so that when people walk into my house, the darkened stairs are not the the first thing they see. Otherwise, I really had no negative thoughts about the service. Mather was very informative about the process and quite pleasant.

Nathan was on time, polite, professional, and did a great job. We also appreciated the friendly status phone calls from the office. After the carpet around our dining table dried, some deeper spots wicked up, which commonly happens, and Nathan graciously returned without charge and was able to remove them. After the cleaning, the rooms smelled super fresh and clean. Also, if requested, they can apply their own Scotchguard-like protector that doesn't leave the carpets crunchy like Scotchguard can. (We called a different company last time and when they were done, the room smelled like dogs even though we don't have pets, and the carpet was extremely crunchy from the Scotchguard, so we were very glad to have a much better experience with Zerorez.) Nathan was also able to clean a heavily soiled runner carpet that we thought was too far gone to use, and it is now back in service. They use a hot water extraction process and they do not apply chemicals during the cleaning, which is why there is zero residue. Nathan explained that if chemicals are used, they attract dirt, so your carpets get dirty again faster. Zerorez is the 3rd carpet cleaning company we've tried in the area, and the 1st one we've been happy with, so we will call Zerorez next time we need our carpets cleaned.
My only comment would be to make more use of your corner protectors, through doorways, etc. Although it may be fine without them, using them provides an extra layer of cautionary protection that homeowners appreciate.
After I said we needed the pet treatment he proceeded to talk us out of it that we didn’t need it. That he smelled the carpet and it was fine. Well now the house stinks. It smells as soon as you walk in the door. And the house just went on the market which was why we wanted to clean the carpets and it has a horrible odor. My friend told me she used you guys and that hers stunk afterwards too and I was hoping it wasn’t the case and now we paid almost $200 for a smelly carpet/house for potential buyers. Completely disappointed
There was lack of attention to smaller areas such as the corners of the room. And several of the grout lines were still black that came up with a toothbrush after they left
The guys who came to my house were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable! Will definitely use them again!!
