The service was great, the technicians were professional, and most of the rooms were cleaned really well. The only criticism is that the one room that got a biological treatment was left with a VERY strong chemical smell that lasted for several days

While the tech showed up on time and did what was asked. There were several places on the stairs where paint was removed due to lace of carefulness.

The service was wonderful and professional. We paid extra for the spots but they are still there in all 3 rooms. So that is disappointing because they were nothing more than coffee and soda.
They spent the time and did a good thorough cleaning on my carpets. The carpets were dry within a couple hours.

Our carpets are not clean like they usually are when we use the other company we usually use. There are still dirty spots in our main living area that were there when they came and I feel like the guys who were here could have done a much better job. Also, most irritatingly, I was quoted a price for my carpets and was thorough in my detailed explanation. Upon arrival and walk through I was advised that not only had areas not been included in my quote, but also if I wanted a deeper clean it was going to cost me $100.00 more and I had to pay for additional areas to be cleaned that were missed in the original quote by the person quoting me.
I never should have had anyone else do my carriers other than my usual guy, .. I saw an ad for $99. and thought I'd try to save money during this pandemic.... It ended up costing me more for carpets that aren't clean. Sadly, I will not have Zerorez back again nor will I refer to anyone.
