I thoroughly appreciated the communication regarding the times of arrival. I would of gave a 10 but when I came home after work I found a lot of residue and a mess left on my hardwood floors from the cleaning products and/or water mix used to clean my upholstery. Luckily my husband was able to wash away the residue without damaging our floors. I do understand your company uses green cleaning agents that I’m very thankful for, but maybe your representatives that come out to clean can either use plastic on the floor under the upholstery cleaned to avoid any spills/leaks of product onto the floor

She explained the process before she began and assured that we were satisfied with her work when she completed the job. I have used Zerorez twice since I purchased my home and both times have been 100% satisfied with their work.
