Tech was friendly
It took over A-day and a 1/2 for carpets to dry I mean A-day and a 1/2 Before we could even put any furniture in the house We had 7 fans going all the time Our carpets were so we've never had an issue like this from you guys before I don't know what was going on with the guy's machine or he didn't take the time to suck up the water so I was very disappointed in the results There was such a couple areas where he spent a little bit more time on of high traffic areas and put special treatment down on them In a doesn't look any better now after dried You can see it when the Sun goes down on the carpet and it's not that kind of carpet that shows a lot of dirt
Technician Nick was courteous and offered addition services in an informed manner. I like the my carpets dry quickly with no residue.

This would have been a 10 but apparently you must not have a company policy for technicians to wear face masks. This should be a given for their protection & your clients.

My carpets look great I am very impressed I will certainly recommend you to others. Also Jeremy was very professional.
I was able to get scheduled right away. They listened and focused on the areas I wanted done. I was told there was an earlier time when one became available. When they were a bit early, I was notified of that as well. They got my carpet cleaned and free of the pet odors in a timely manner while still taking the time to answer my questions. I plan to have my carpets done again next year and will be calling Zerorez. Thank you

Zero Rez is very professional and easy to work with! They are great in communicating via email, phone and text. I highly recommend them and would be using their services again.
Zerorez always is on time and professional. They do a great job cleaning carpet without leaving residue and wet carpets. There tile cleaning is great also.
When cleaning the tile, the brush got too close to the base trim. I had to repair and repaint.

I had a few super wet spots on my carpet, used 2 towels to soak water up. I guess just make sure they suck everything up

I thoroughly appreciated the communication regarding the times of arrival. I would of gave a 10 but when I came home after work I found a lot of residue and a mess left on my hardwood floors from the cleaning products and/or water mix used to clean my upholstery. Luckily my husband was able to wash away the residue without damaging our floors. I do understand your company uses green cleaning agents that I’m very thankful for, but maybe your representatives that come out to clean can either use plastic on the floor under the upholstery cleaned to avoid any spills/leaks of product onto the floor
