I saw a neighbor's carpets being cleaned and stopped the gentleman to ask if he could grab this dribble across my carpet that happened when I moved in. As convenient as it was that he popped over 20 minutes later to clean, it was a little high-priced to me given the whole thing took less than 10 minutes.
After my carpet was cleaned the smell was so fresh! And the carpet wasn't sticky or didn't feel hard nor crunchy! I'm even more excited the technician was able to lighten a very dark stain that was in the carpet since we moved in!!

The service attendant that came to our home was very professional and adhered to the Covid safe guidelines.
While I was somewhat surprised at the initial cost, acknowledging I do have a lot of tile in my home, I thought I should reserve judgement after the job was finished. I also opted for the sealant for the grout. I am very pleased with how my tile and grout look and the fresh clean restored appearance it has. I had a bout of sciatica and wasn’t able to scrub my light colored grout like I have in the past so it was in need of a good cleaning- which it has now!!!
I will maintain the fresh clean look by using Zerorez for routine maintenance! Very pleased!

I really wanted to use zero rez to clean my carpets so I could get the hair out - I heard about the lifter. The first time you came out you left spots - the guy did a great job in the first half of the house but I felt like he just got tired and didn't do a great job in the last half. so we commented that. I decided to try again to have you come out. The second time you came out there are several spots that were not even cleaned. You also damage the wall - which you came back and fixed. I feel like the type of cleaning we get is what ever the person cleaning feels like doing that day. I don't feel like you are a professional company that cares. Also we had to remind the tech both times to use the lifter - even tho we asked for it when we called to request service. I would like to use zero rez because I do feel like they can do a good job. but the tech here is not good.
We had our carpets cleaned yesterday and your technician was very professional during this time. Covid has us all on guard.
He also explained how we could manage our pets with your products. Our carpets look great. Give him a raise!

I had some stains on my hallway carpet that I knew would probably require extra treatment, and I told the technician about them. When he was finished, I told him that some of the stains were still there, and he said that he knew that, and was going to get a special stain treatment liquid out of his truck. He came back in and used the stain remover, and said he’d gotten it all out. I tipped him $50 above the cost of the cleaning. But now that the carpet is dry, the stains are still easily visible. SO disappointed.
They appear to do a good job and the personnel who provide the service have always been very professional. The company calls to verify the appointment time and then follows up with a call of the anticipated arrival time on the day of their service.

Products don’t build up on carpet. No strong smells. Dries quickly and carpets feel soft. Guys who worked on our carpets were professional and kind. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others.

You were at my house Tuesday afternoon. Your guy totally missed the cat pee spots in my family room which was a huge part of the reason I had the carpets done. They looked clean but I could still smell them so I shone a black light on the areas and they are ALL STILL THERE. They look exactly the same as before. So please come back and fix these spots in my family room.

I have used Zerorez several times and have always been very satisfied with the results. Carpets dry much quicker than others cleaners I have tried.
The technician, Jordan, was very efficient, explained what he was doing, used face mask and shoe covers. Really worked on a couple of problem areas and they are much better.
