Carpets are clean and dried quickly. I can’t say enough about the customer service. He was informative but not at all pushy. He was polite, professional, and it was great to see him again. In the healthcare world we call it continuity of care. When inviting someone into your home it is nice to see a familiar face with record of your previous services..

Excellent service my carpets were clean is timely manner. The carpet cleaner person did a great job and my carpets were smooth and clean. I am very happy with Zerorez service I recommend other people to try Zerorez.
My Appt. was scheduled for only 3 or 4 days from when i called and the cleaner arrived right on schedule. The work was very well done and the carpet looks much cleaner, including some stains I was worried about. Best of all, the carpet was not left extremely wet and it was pretty much totally dry in about 4 hours.
I will be calling again.
There were some marks left on the floor, so they came in and did it all again n at no extra cost..
We had a little issue with the tile/grout residue but Devin returned the following day a took care of the residue with no problems!All is well!
My service manager was excellent. Explained everything. Used extra caution for corners of walls. Pointed out some key areas he worked more diligently on. Will schedule him again.

They we’re some parts clean but I can notice some streaks left on my carpet ,, Last year I had a very nice experience but this year i wasn’t satisfied

I thought your machine would give a better deeper clean then my home carpet cleaner but the results after drying were exactly the same not worth the amount of money I paid at all

Safe and profesional
We needed a cleaning service for the carpets in three bedrooms. The technician was on time, friendly and listened to our concerns and the service that we wanted. She also tested the surface of the carpet and recommended the treatment that the carpet needed. I think the recommendation was honest and well intentioned.
This is the first time that we got the services from ZeroRez company, and I won’t hesitate to call them for future help with the carpets.
