Attention to detail. We have 2 puppies that being puppies created spots around the door area to the deck. He took great care to pre-treat those areas which made them go away. Now that we have a doggie door, we have eliminated that problem. He also left the foam squares to put under the legs of furniture as we moved them back.
Our carpet stayed wet for almost 2 whole days. And now there is an odor. Our boat is ruined. We think it is the treatment stain on the boat floor board coming up through the carpet. It’s terrible.
this time the carpet remained damp for a lot longer than 6 hours

Outstanding service and incredible results at an excellent price. MBR and Den carpets, plus hallway, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and laundry room tile and grout cleaned ..... and every area looks like new. Technician Jeremy spent over five hours in the house - throughout, he was friendly, personable, efficient and professional - a real asset for Zerorez. This was only the second carpet cleaning and the first grout cleaning/sealing in the nine years since we purchased the home ...... what an amazing result! Five plus stars for both Zerorez as well as for Jeremy.

Called because my carpets and stairs were still dirty and what was on the carpet came out with a wet cloth. Zerorez sends out the same person who did a crappy job who spent 5 min cleaning 3 spots she missed. Was not happy and she didn’t do a good job at all. 1200 sq ft cleaned in 45 min isn’t very long! My carpets still look dirty!

The service technicians are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products and services. They are able to make the carpet look like new again and it stays clean longer because of the system they use. I am very happy with ZeroRez!

Zero Rez is by far the best out there! Our carpet had not been cleaned for a long time and was so bad we were seriously thinking of replacing it. We decided to try cleaning it first and if that didn’t work then we’d replace. Zerorez came in and cleaned it to the point that it looks new! We were amazed! I don’t think we need to replace it for a long time now! Thanks!
