Every time a new tech comes out I learn of another new charge for a service I had received before that I didn't get charged for. Feels like I'm starting to be nickeled and timed only they're not small amounts. I have used Zerorex for years, and now this.

The young man (sorry I did not get his name) arrived right on time and did an excellent job. He was very nice and a good representative of your company.

The tile cleaning process was remarkably successful, and the employee, Jeremy, was top notch and committed to getting the absolute best result possible for us. If we use Zerorez in the future, we will definitely request that Jeremy be our guy!
