I was very impressed with the service I received. My daughter and son-in-law recommended them. My daughter is Marie Rockwell and son-in-law Dennis Rockwell. This is the first-time the carpet has been cleaned since in moved in in 2019. I had a senior dog. I was very impressed.

The guy that came and cleaned the carpets did a great job and was very nice. I just don't like the up sell stuff. They offered it on the phone when I called and I said no. Then he mentioned it again when he came in. He was wrapping up and putting all the stuff back in his van when I noticed he forgot to do one of the bedrooms that I paid for. I told him not to bother worrying about it right now since I have another cleaning scheduled for tomorrow. I just didn't want to be charged for it again. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow morning to finish up the house. Thanks so much!
Techs were very polite and thorough. The one gentleman was training the other and I was very impressed as well with his teaching. They did great!
Your process damaged my carpets causing them to need to be stretched and the worker damaged a few doors that I ended up having to repair quite a lot after what should have been a simple job.
I'd say to make it right I would like a refund of $150 which is how much it cost for me to bring out my carpet guy after you guys messed up.

The head tex. said he got out the paint spots in the rug and Did Not. Also I think one was new because the main guy was telling him to do thing and when he was not doing that he was looking at his phone.
