Carpets were the wettest I have had. Seemed like the time wasn’t spent extracting the water out of the carpet. Also a couple of noticeable stains still remain that I was sure would have come out.

Zerorez is very professional and courtesy to interact with. The specialist arrived on time and worked quickly to do the work requested. Sam checked all the carpets to find any stains that might be a problem and once satisfied on the work needed got right to it.

I WOULD HAVE LIKED THE STAIN REMOVED FROM MY RUG OR HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE IT WOULD DISCOLOR THAT PORTION OF A VERY EXPENSIVE WOOL RUG.

He didn’t clean the carpet really good. They are still crunchy. And it still looks dirty in spots

Mine was dryer vent cleaning. My Technician not only repaired a damaged split on the flex vent, but also got on his hands and knees to clean the area behind my stacked washer/dryer. For an elderly woman this was very appreciated. He was on time, considerate and helpful.
