The Tech came and completed the cleaning in a very timely manner. He was very personable and professional. The carpets came out beautifully and are super clean after he completed the job. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
My carpets always look great after they have been cleaned by Zerorez. I always tend to get along well with the individuals and they always listen to my concerns. My carpet dries quickly, I don't have to wait 24 hours to be placing furniture back in place.

I have used your services for several years. I have only had one visit that was less than expected, left to damp, and traction spots not properly addressed…that being said, the service done Saturday was ver good..thanks. I always have my Renters use you as well…

The technician, Josh, did an outstanding job on our couch. He was incredibly thorough, kept us updated about any issues that he was having challenges with, and was extremely intentional and thorough. We valued his professionalism and attention to detail. our 14-year-old couch looks as good as new.

My score has nothing to do with Zerorez, they did a good job. It is just that some of the stains are reappearing and that is because the carpet was so dirty.
Did not remove any stains from carpet. $200 wasted. Home shampooer would have the same results. Technician was nice.

The Zerorez rep was a nice fellow. However, if he knew the carpet could not be salvaged which I’ve determined cannot. Then he would have told me so. No he suggested another $100 would do it. So I agreed to pay $245.00. Entire waste of time & money. My opinion. There is an old saying live and learn. That’s what I got. An education.

Zerorez - Tri Cities did an awesome job getting our carpet areas cleaned. Scheduling with them was super easy, and they showed up on time. They were able to provide an easy estimate and finished well within the estimated time.
Technician was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Knew what needed to be done. Did NOT put on a hard sell for upgrades which was appreciated. Worked with what we had to deal with in a professional manner. Explained every step in detail. Spent about as much time as expected. Very happy with Mr. Eric.
