Mine was dryer vent cleaning. My Technician not only repaired a damaged split on the flex vent, but also got on his hands and knees to clean the area behind my stacked washer/dryer. For an elderly woman this was very appreciated. He was on time, considerate and helpful.

You did not disappoint whatsoever, I even left a really great review, 5 out of 5 stars on Google, but I probably won't be asked which carpet cleaning company should a certain person use. If I do, I will definitely recommend you guys!

Nate and Sam were great! They arrived on time, professional, explained the process and answered all my questions - then went right to work! Had our master bedroom and computer room carpet cleaned; now looks bright and fresh! Also had the kitchen tile cleaned. They had me check the results and redid a few areas in the kitchen that I felt needed a little more attention. They wanted to be sure that I was satisfied and happy...and I am! Thank you both.

Great company. Our carpets look amazing. We have used Zerorez 1 - 2 times per year due to our big lab that sheds. The carpet claw pulls so much hair out even though we vacuum regularly. Our carpets still look new even after 10 years and I believe it’s because of the process that Zerorez uses. Highly recommend this company.

I felt like it was a great scheduling system and the tech that came out was great and professional and efficient. I was disappointed in the rocking chair and the rug cleaning. I bought some folex after the cleaning and was able to get the stain out quickly with that. So it made me question what kind of pre treatment was used on the rug and chair.
