The Zerorez rep was a nice fellow. However, if he knew the carpet could not be salvaged which I’ve determined cannot. Then he would have told me so. No he suggested another $100 would do it. So I agreed to pay $245.00. Entire waste of time & money. My opinion. There is an old saying live and learn. That’s what I got. An education.

I messaged the other day after my cleaning, yet have not heard back. The cleaning was very disappointing. My carpets did not come remotely clean. I would appreciate a refund or another cleaning.

The 2 gentlemen were great! I had a large room and furniture done. Carpet looked brand new. The added protective coating was explained very well and not pushed at all. Just offered. Over all it was a great experience. I’ve used them for the last 6 years.. so they obviously get a 10 or I wouldn’t continue using them 🙂

The worker was polite, and the results of his work turned out very good.

Nothing was done right. We originally thought the carpets were cleaned until we went over with a vacuum. The laminate floor cleaning was worthless. We hired another cleaning firm to do the job right. The consensus is that the operator did not know how to use the equipment.

No bad smell and very professional throughout the whole process.

Your employees have solid skills and a strong work ethic. Josh blew us away with the quality of his work. He cleaned our ductwork and it was a challenging job because of our high ceilings. He went far beyond our expectations by also repairing the access panel and resecuring the insulation above the furniture. Josh left our home much better than he found it.
