I appreciate the great job they do and the customer service. They are not pushy with extra expenses and explain everything. He helped me slide the couch as it was too heavy for me. He was pleasant and easy to talk with. The carpet always looks great when they finish. I really like the fact that they don’t use harsh chemicals to clean.

Large scratch on closet door and several spots on stairs did not come out. I okayed the stairs because when I looked at them they were wet and I couldn’t see the spots until they dried.
The technician was both punctual and professional. The carpets turned out better than I thought they would. It worked surprisingly well. The price was very fair. I have zero regrets. Definitely would recommend.

This is the second time I've used Zerorez for carpet cleaning. Both technicians (Nathan and Jordon) were professional in every way. The service provided both times was exceptional, and the carpets were transformed both times. Would highly recommend Zerorez and will use them again!

The carpetsare clean. I usually go barefoot in the house. It's nice to feel the fibers between my toes again. The pet urine spots were treated. The carpeting didn't take long to dry. Nick was a very good at answering our questions. He also suggested other treatment plans if needed.
