I have nothing but praise and admiration for Alex, the technician who showed up for a 2-6 apt at 5:30. He had worked long and hard all day but he proceeded to do a walk thru inspection of our home explaining how to treat each stain or problem area. He stayed until 8:30 to complete our job. We had phoned the local office several times when our apt time came and went. They answered once and promised a return call but they never called back and then our calls went unanswered.

In the past 28 years, I have personally cleaned my carpets. I’ve had them professionally cleaned and Zeroex has done it at least once.

I don’t know what changed, but I’d never had Cory clean my floors. It was noticeably better than any other time. Thanks, Cory!

One strong suggestion: put towels or blankets down on hard wood floors to prevent water and product leaking onto the wood. The spots were somewhat wiped up, but still left areas that I had to clean the following day.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've used Zerorez for our carpet cleaning for 2 different homes; all the techs have been great and we've been very happy with the quality of the work. Our most recent tech was Cory and he was great. We like that fact that the carpet dries relatively quick as well. The price is very competitive as well.

Our stairs were extremely wet. After 24 hours they were still not dry. Humps were created in our carpet upstairs that weren’t previously there.

The customer service was great but the service I hired them for was to clean cat pee out of some furniture and it still smells the same as before the cleaning. I even paid extra for the special cleaner. Just not the results I was hoping for.

We had the vents cleaned it would have been great to see before and after the vents were cleaned to verify the process works.Also was surprised not every vent was not cleaned with the air.
We probably will use another company when we need to do the vents cleaned again.
