Holy cow! I don’t even know where to start, I ordered a decal for a wall in my small business’ new office space, not having the slightest clue about vinyl cutting terms or specs. I got a call the very next day from Katie and she walked me through the details and took the time to explain the process to me in a way I could understand. As if the customer service and support wasn’t enough, the product showed up in an incredibly timely manner and far exceeded my expectations.
