Simplicity. I was ordering on mobile, so it had a couple button pushes that took a little extra with, but not enough to make me lose my mind. Then I got a call to verify everything & let me know if there was any issue. It was above & beyond, which wouldn't surprise me as normal for them.

I added pole pockets but forgot to add that space in my design. Your designers too care of it for me and then called to say it was done, looked good and was I “ok with that?” It was a huge time save in my busy life and I was more than ok with it.
