Easy to order online from sizing to uploading art. Then I was contacted by phone to answer a question about my order and immediately sent the proofs. Bravo! My only complaint is that the differences among decal types (such as benefits and applications of each) is not very clear.

I like that it was an easy process. Also, I made a mistake on the address for delivery. I was able to call back and speak to a person who was able to get the address corrected for me.
