There was an issue with the design I submitted being too pixilated. I know first hand that many other print companies would have just printed and said that was my problem. Instead a nice lady called and emailed me - long story short she was able to redesign and fix the logo for me without charging me to send it to the art department AND still got the proof out for production that day. I havent received the vinyl yet but highly recommend based on the ordering experience and proof that I received.

For a family reunion, I created a 4' by 8' family tree banner showing the faces and name info of 90+ people. It was a huge hit at the reunion and very helpful to the younger attendees, many of whom were meeting 2nd and 3rd cousins for the first time. My experience with Banners.com was exactly as I had hoped. The banner was delivered as promised, great quality (withstood a rainstorm), and was very readable. Absolutely perfect. Recommend 10/10!

I have ordered from Decals.com for years now. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. On my last order there was a mistake totally on my part with an address change that I overlooked as far as shipping details. They addressed the mistake and helped me get it straightened out with UPS. I really appreciated that, the team as far as customer service is great and I was pleased with the conversations I had in order to get things squared away. I recently received my order as requested and the quality as always is fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing graphic decals and I will continue using them for future orders.

After I ordered online, Joe called to clarify something that looked very off in the design instead of just moving forward with what came across. It turns out that my graphic was minuscule on a large banner, and he was able to correct that within an hour of me ordering it. I still have not received it so I don’t know how it will turn out yet.
