The website was very easy to use and intuitive as far as online design programs go. I was able to create the banner I wanted with minimal changes from the artist. I was also able to talk with the artist, which saved a ton of time and emails back and forth trying to nail down details, but also learn how to communicate with someone whose communication style may not sync with yours very well (or at all) over email. With other design companies, this has proved to be quite a hindrance and a time suck. People have been friendly, patient and kind at every turn, which is perhaps the greatest aspect of this process. Thank you all for what you are doing for us!

PS I don't mind if you use my first name, but if you would use only my last initial, that would be great.

PPS Not sure if being able to talk with the artist is commonplace. I know the fellow I talked with had a specific purpose for doing so, but if that's not something you want to have encouraged in the context of a review, feel free to edit out that aspect of it.

I ordered decals to apply to white porcelain mugs. Since I had previously ordered decals for the same purpose, I figured they all would be the same. How lucky for me that, after looking at the picture I submitted, Katie B. knew that I would not be happy with what I ordered. She took the time to explain why and the type of decal that I should have. The ones I need are actually less expensive than the ones I originally ordered. It is not often you find a company willing to not only go the extra mile but at the same time forego some profit no matter how small. Thank you for such great customer service.
