Very easy to set up my order. Pricing is upfront and customer service is awesome. Katie called after ordering to verify sizes and that she received my order. After giving her the sizing info, it turned out my order was cheaper in price and would be changed to reflect the new price.

Customer service was spot on. They knew I was not sure if my image was sent right. They immediately sent me an email, showing me the artwork and wanting to know if I was satisfied before printing. Customer contact and keeping the customer in the loop seem key with them.

Ashley was amazing and patient. She worked with me to make sure I got the exact design I was looking for, which wasn't easy to explain in words. She was also very patient as the process to over a month from store to finish getting everything designed, finalized, and approved.
