There was clear communication and an extraordinary effort to make sure that if I had any input, there was someone specifically to interact and communicate on all matters. The artwork was exactly what I had requested, the production was prompt while I was advised of its progress continually. The products arrived on time, as described and couldn't be better. Looking forward to their assurance that the product will hold up on my outdoor signs, and last a long time without fading. Based on the their performance so far, I am not the least bit concerned. Will use them repeatedly. I should also mention that the cost was excellent. I had other quotes for double and more than triple what Banners.com charged me.
It was pretty easy to create my own banner, but I also called to confirm a few details for my own peace of mind :).
Travis was my customer service rep - he was incredibly helpful and walked me through a few things. I had a tight deadline, and he gave me the best delivery information. It showed up exactly when he said it would. Travis was great!
After submitting my order I was contacted and advised my size ratio was most likely not going to give me the desired results I was looking for. They worked with me over the phone discussing my options. It was resolved quickly and I have since received my order and look forward to installing the custom vehicle decals that decals.com made for our company. Absolutely will be using them again.

Liked the reference templates but would have been more convenient to just be able to add a line, resize a box.
I went round and round trying to do that. I could not adjust the font sizes so trial and error was the only way.
I finally picked a banner, but it looked like the row was wider than the space available. I submitted that way and I believe your customer service must have corrected it.
The final product was very nice but it took a lot of effort to get there.
