I was skeptical at first when ordering, its hard to know exactly what i was ordering to whats in my head, the preview before pay option is nice, I sent an image over to them and got an email back saying it needed to be in a specific format, they would do it for a price, I sent them the image in the correct format, then got an email saying it needed to be "vectorized" for a price, I bailed on the project because every time I turn around someone is trying to scam me.
I got a phone call from a nice lady and she personally answered all my questions, I told her to go ahead and make the stickers, they did, i'm actually pretty picky, I print my own stickers all the time, I honestly didn't have high hopes, but.... they cam and I LOVE THEM the print is beautiful, the cuts on the lettering are sharp, the quality of the thick nice vinyl is super nice, the transfer paper was great quality, they went on smooth and look fantastic! (I had two full sized logos done for the doors of my work truck)
I will recommend them and will be using them for future vehicals!

What did you like about your ordering experience?

I had a unique ask, using an original watercolor artwork to be made into a decal for an automotive application to the hood scoop of a classic vehicle. Since was the first time I had ordered this product I was unsure for which choice to make for diecut or material. The ordering process was very informative and the results are very satisfying.

I am elated at the Customer Service I received from Nickl !!! He called me on the phone first to discuss the way our logo was going to look AND corresponded with me at least 5 times (At least if not more!) because I was working with tricky situation. He was always pleasant and more than willing to make changes (quite a few were asked of him) and he was always kind and willing to help me get everything right.

In a time where good Customer Service is hard to find I strongly believe in speaking up when someone goes above and beyond; which Nickl did !

Can’t wait to receive these and get them on our company equipment. Not a doubt in my mind they’ll be exactly what we envisioned. Happy customer from FL knowing that Midwestern values were in charge of our project!
