After I made my order, I got a call from Andrea B., at Decals.com. She let me know there was something wrong with my fonts and how they would look on the logo. That gave a chance to redesign and submit a new one. She was very thorough in her explanations and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. Andrea is a great asset to the company and has exceptional customer relations skills. I Giver her a 11 out 10 rating, and because of her, I will be recommending her to everyone.

The employees actually care -they really want you to be happy with the banner, will go above and beyond to help ensure that every part of the banners.com experience is the best.
