I accidently found the banner I wanted, Championship Banner-pendant style in fabric. However, when I went back to the sight I clicked Banner from the toolbar, then Fabric Banners. When doing so, I didn't realize until I was looking over the proof that it was not the pendant style banner I wanted. I relayed this to Joe Christman and he immediately updated the proof and sent it over. We received the banners in plenty of time and they turned out great! I don't know why there is no pendant banner option under Fabric, but I am glad I realized the difference in the proof. Thank you to Joe for being very prompt and fixing the banner with not issues. This was my first time ordering these banners for our competition. I will be recommending and using banners.com again in the future.

I enjoyed the flexibility to customize my order fully and the proofing process was wonderful! I had two separate logos that I wanted to print , I accidentally submitted the same logo twice but with the proofing process I was able to work with Whitney and get the proper logo submitted and both orders pushed to production quickly and made and shipped in a very consumer friendly time frame! Can’t wait to order again!

It was super simple to place the order on the Decals.com website. After I uploaded our logo and thought I knew what I wanted, Whitney a customer service representative gave me a call and after I let her know what I was wanting, she helped me get the details corrected.
She was so very helpful!
The end product came out perfect, I am so happy that I found this company out of Minnesota. I needed this pretty quickly and they were able to ship it to me out of state in plenty of time to meet my request.
Will definitely use this company again when the opportunity arises.
