The service reps are up-front as to any additional costs (vectoring my pixelated images). They always email me the product is done and when to expect it.

Codi was very helpful and patient with me to get the order just right. I'm hoping the product will be well received by my motorcycle club members. It was pretty simple to upload my design and Codi pointed out that part of the image may not work and offered to fix the image with a new section. Wonderful!!!
