The front desk staff is welcoming and attentive. The environment is pleasant and organized. My stylist, Kristina, is friendly and communicative.

Sierra is excellent and tries to do my hair the way I like it.
Maya did a perfect job on my hair! She listened to everything I wanted and created the most beautiful lived-in highlight on my hair. She was so kind and made the 5 hour process fly by. Everyone at the salon was kind and the overall atmosphere of the salon was amazing. I loved looking around the salon as my hair was processing and seeing all of the amazing cuts and styles from the other hair stylists in the salon. Overall would highly recommend!
Lorraine always does a fantastic job! She is pleasant and gentle while styling my hair and she gets it right every time!
I love my Stylist, Lorraine Chalmers. I have been going to her for over 20 years. She always takes the time to listen to my questions about my problem hair which is thin and straight.
My girls and I love Lauren. She is always so kind, take times to consult with each of us and hear our desires for the haircut. She always is consistent in her cuts and we leave there feeling great!

Everyone there is kind and professional . They listen well to what I want and accommodate my needs and wants. Christina usually does my hair. Carlos, the owner of the salon is also very good. The salon is now an hour away from me and although there are Aveda Salons nearer to me, I prefer going to Balance Salon in Tampa. I have been going there for more than 20 years and I absolutely love Aveda products. They have great sales on products which I feel is a good time to stock up.
Madison is a master! She knows my hair and its needs, knows what I like and always does smashing work!
Always a pleasurable experience coming in for a color refresher and cut. Grace was a new stylist for me filling in for Lauren who had been unwell. It was lovely meeting her and interacting. Great cut and of course the color was perfect. Glad it all worked out!
Every person there is fantastic, incredibly competent and very nice and pleasant. I love this place! It's also very calm and relaxing and you feel like the people there truly care. My hair is always perfect and they always take their time to do everything just right. I've never felt rushed.

Balance Salon is well staffed and a pleasant environment for haircare needs. Grace is a very special hair artist and takes her profession very seriously. She is a real asset to your business. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Hope they are well compensated so that they stay!
