I enjoy having my hair cut at the Balance Salon. My stylist, Lauren, does an outstanding job cutting and styling my hair. She always takes the time to talk to me about any concerns I may have had since my last appointment with her. The staff at the salon are very friendly and always greet me when I come in and leave. I strongly recommend the services.
Geraldine is so lovely and is quick and efficient. She always makes me feel special and does my hair exactly the way I want it. Love her!

Geraldine was the best! I came in about three weeks ago and got a haircut with a higher level stylist than Geraldine, but it felt a bit rushed and wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for. It wasn’t terrible, like I was happy enough with it but not 100% satisfied. I came back about two weeks after that appointment and scheduled with Geraldine based on online reviews, her instagram, and her price. I was just expecting a minor improvement, but Geraldine made me feel so comfortable and at ease with how she was going to make me love my new hair. It was such a huge improvement, she was great at listening to what I want and really helping me achieve exactly what I was looking for down to every tiny detail! She double and triple checked that I was comfortable with what she was doing and was happy with the cut. And she is just so friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back to her!
