It was an amazing experience. Laura did an amazing job and I will definitely be coming back for a trim.
Understood what I wanted to do with my hair
The stylist did not know how to style or cut curly hair. It was way shorter than I requested after my hair dried. The products also dried my hair out. I had to go home and style it on my own and recut my hair to a more flattery cut
Loved Savanah!! I had a wonderful experience! Great attention to detail and she also taught me how to take care of my wavy hair!! Totally recommend her!! Thanks Savanah!!
I had a wonderful experience at my first appointment with Grace. She was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in her work. I’m so happy to have found her and truly appreciate the care and expertise she provided. She has earned my trust, and I’m looking forward to my future appointments with her!
Everyone is friendly and the salon has a good ambiance.
However, prices are pretty hefty for those of us on restricted incomes. That is why I can not visit the salon more often.

I like everything about this salon. Parking is easy. When you arrive you are greeted by at least two people, You are offered a cup of coffee. Everyone here is smiling and this indicates to me they like working here. Everyone is treated with respect. Best of all you leave with a beautiful haircut. My stylist Bella, is tuned in to my requests and does an amazing cut and styling. It is worth a try at least to come to a slim that is welcoming, engaging, and friendly,

My stylist was Savanna and she was very good. She cut my hair just the way I asked and the hand massage was great . I will be booking with her again .

staff was very friendly and attentive to detail. it was my first time at the salon to dye my hair and i couldnt have asked for a better experience. kristina was amazing with helping me decide on shades/undertones and it turned out great
As a customer for many years, I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I’ve always enjoyed! My stylist is the best!! I credit Lorraine with every compliment I receive on my hair…and there are many. The staff, Aveeno products, and attention to details on each customer encounter is unsurpassed by any other salon experience I’ve ever had through the years.
Wonderful experience! Excellent solution to going gray naturally… nice transition period with all over blonde highlights. Highly recommend!
After washing my hair and taking the styled curl out of it, it’s exactly what I told the stylist I didn’t want which is all one length. It doesn’t appear to be layered at all and has uneven spots. Super disappointed. The scalp treatment I received worked wonders though.
Autumn was so helpful, she gave me great suggestions on my haircut.
I love coming to balance. I usually go to Madison and she is the best. I went with Ana this time and she was very nice, however she was rough when doing my hair- it wasn’t relaxing like it normally is when I get my hair done. I kept finding my head being rocked rough when washing my hair and the hair brush hitting my face when she was brushing it. I do feel like she was rushing as well so I’m not sure if that contributed to her being rough. I just wanted to give that feedback but aside from that balance has always been great to me
I have been going to Balance Salon for many years. I thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Lauren is my professional hair stylist and she does a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. The front staff always greets me when I come in and wishes me a great day when I leave. I have used Aveda hair products for over 25 years and wouldn't use any other brand of hair care. The salon has a great selection of hair and facial products and the staff is always helpful if you have questions about what product would work best for you. I know you would thoroughly enjoy their services.
Every stylist in this salon is amazing. They are so talented,professional and take the time to listen to their clients needs. I highly recommend them to loved ones and anyone who is looking for an amazing hair home!
