Geraldine was the best! I came in about three weeks ago and got a haircut with a higher level stylist than Geraldine, but it felt a bit rushed and wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for. It wasn’t terrible, like I was happy enough with it but not 100% satisfied. I came back about two weeks after that appointment and scheduled with Geraldine based on online reviews, her instagram, and her price. I was just expecting a minor improvement, but Geraldine made me feel so comfortable and at ease with how she was going to make me love my new hair. It was such a huge improvement, she was great at listening to what I want and really helping me achieve exactly what I was looking for down to every tiny detail! She double and triple checked that I was comfortable with what she was doing and was happy with the cut. And she is just so friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back to her!
My daughter found your salon and every time I visited her in Tampa I make sure to schedule an appointment because I love it too.

Grace is the best. She listens and asks a lot of questions to understand what I’m looking for and takes times to offer her idea and plan. She doesn’t rush, and is so sweet. The color and highlights she did for me yesterday was so perfect I almost cried. I’ve been long time Aveda and many locations over the years, and I really trust and appreciate Grace.

From the second you walk into the salon, you are welcomed with open arms. Everyone is friendly and outgoing. And Geraldine is amazing. She sits you down and talks about your cut: what you want to do, how it has changed from last time. What you want to keep the same and what you wish you did differently. The entire time she lets you know exactly what she is doing and what products she is using so there’s no unnecessary stress. I would blindly trust my hair to her hands. Balance salon is positive and welcoming and, as someone who is always worried about getting a good cut, it is refreshing to know every time I go, my hair will be even more perfect than I could have imagined.

Madison is always flexible and always innovative in her consultations. I love that this visit we cut my long hair first and then did a partial color and deep condition.
